# Scanely

> Scanely is a dynamic QR platform for printed campaigns: editable destinations, scan analytics, timezone-aware schedules, conversion attribution and client workspaces. Feature availability depends on the plan.

- Dashboard QR types: URL, hosted Page, hosted contact card, app download (iOS/Android/fallback), and hosted PDF/image. Static tools are separate from dynamic dashboard codes.
- Scanely Pages: https://scanely.io/pages - 15 editable starting templates for menus, offers, events, business pages, reviews and simple pages. Pages are hosted by Scanely, adapt to mobile and desktop, and have a shareable link and QR code. Saved live edits keep the same link and QR. Built-in forms collect enquiries, RSVP replies and feedback in Leads; they do not process payments or automatically confirm bookings. All starting templates are available on Free, which includes 3 shared Pages/QR slots, 2 images per page, 10 submissions per calendar month across the account and a Scanely footer. Paid plans increase allowances and add themes, colors and branding options.
- Schedules: URL codes support up to 12 non-overlapping daily windows in a user-selected IANA timezone, including overnight windows and daylight saving changes, or a one-time absolute date range. The main URL is used outside the schedule. Daily means every day; weekday filters are not available. Schedules cannot be combined with Smart Routing or enabled A/B testing.
- Pro capabilities: schedules, country/device/OS Smart Routing, A/B variants with sticky browser assignments, custom QR logos, raw scan CSV, public read-only analytics links, GA4 integration and conversion tracking. Included in monthly Pro, monthly Business and all three Lifetime tiers.
- Conversion tracking: one website origin and one goal (lead, booking or purchase) per personal/client workspace. Requires script installation, consent integration and a successful-action event; linking to a form or booking service alone does not track completions. Attribution uses an eligible URL-code visit, the same browser tab, and at most 30 days. Purchase amounts are website-reported, not verified payments.
- Workspaces: Business and Lifetime Business owners can create up to 30 client workspaces with owner/editor/viewer roles, separate data and branded 30-day PDF reports. Invite links are email-bound, single-use and expire after seven days; users share the link manually. Invited users can join on Free. Owner allowances are shared across personal and client workspaces.
- API keys: Business and Lifetime Business. Bearer authentication; X-Scanely-Workspace selects a client workspace. Individual endpoint permissions and plan gates still apply.
- Print: all plans include PNG/SVG downloads and PDF print kits (sticker, business card, A6 flyer, A4 table stand). A temporary 15-minute test QR isolates test activity from campaign analytics and quotas; never print the test QR. Always scan the final print sample.
- File hosting: monthly Starter, Pro or Business only, not Lifetime. PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 20 MB per file. Total owner storage: Starter 500 MB, Pro 2 GB, Business 10 GB. General URL codes can link to externally hosted files on any plan.
- Analytics: recorded scans by approximate location, device, browser, OS, referrer and UTC time. Same QR and hashed IP within one hour are deduplicated. Unique visitors are estimates, not identifiable people. Free analytics cover the current calendar month; paid plans add longer/custom ranges. Raw scan CSV does not include campaign tags and can be scoped by workspace and optionally QR ID.
- Health monitoring: daily checks on paid plans for active, unmuted external-link codes. Main, Smart Routing and scheduled destinations are checked; hosted vCards/files are excluded and app-download checks use the fallback URL. Dead-link alerts require two consecutive failed UTC days. A separate alert flags seven scan-free days after an established scan history. Silence does not prove physical damage. Monitoring is not instant.
- Monthly tracking limits stop new scan recording, not ordinary redirects. Explicit QR pause, deletion, expiry and per-code maximum-scan settings can stop redirects. Free codes show a brief Scanely screen before redirecting.
- Scan records use hashed IPs rather than raw addresses; hashing is not a blanket legal-compliance guarantee. Redirect timing depends on the network, destination and enabled features; no fixed global latency is promised here.
